BAFFLE REPAIR & REPLACE
A septic baffle is the most important part of the septic system. The inlet baffle forces the wastewater from the sewer line to the bottom of the tank instead of across the surface into the outlet pipe leading to the absorption area.
Gas Baffle
A device on the outlet of a septic tank, which deflects gas, bubbles away from the outlet and reduces the carry over of solid particles from the septic tank.
Baffle
A flow deflecting device used in septic tanks and distribution boxes to inhibit the discharge of floating solids, reduce the amount of settle able solids that exit, and reduce the exit velocity of the wastewater.
